Artist Bio
Mike Faulkner is Founder & Director of D-Fuse, a collective of audiovisual innovators working across a range of media and art forms. Founded in the mid-1990s, D-Fuse’s output encompasses immersive installations, film, animation, experimental documentary, live AV performances, and VR/XR. Recognised as pioneers of VJ-ing and early adopters of new technologies, D-Fuse has embraced digital art forms to engage mainstream audiences with social, ecological, and environmental issues through individual stories and detailed narratives.

Selected past projects include: ‘Carbon Crisis Blipverts' (2007) – animations commissioned by SOS/Live Earths and endorsed by Al Gore; ‘Small Global' (2005-2015) – an immersive installation commissioned by Eyebeam, NYC.
