Paloma is a vibrant Mexican-inspired restaurant and bar. Chef Nathan Mayes has created a menu of lively, modern dishes. Some are authentic recipes and some are fresh interpretations of Mexican cuisine. Everything in our kitchen is made from scratch, including the corn tortillas for our tacos. For these, we use organic non-GMO landrace corn from Oaxaca imported by a great, young company called Masienda. All of the ingredients we use are carefully sourced, seasonal, and local whenever possible. For a constantly evolving list of our sources for produce, meat, and fish, please see our list below. We believe Paloma offers great value for the integrity of our ingredients, the creativity of our kitchen, and the contemporary cooking methods we use. We keep our prices as low as possible, while remaining committed to the quality ingredients we crave and the sustainability we believe in.
Paloma’s bar is mezcal-focused with a festive selection of agave based cocktails as well as classic cocktails, beer, and wine. We offer mezcal and tequila flights at fair prices.
