0.83–1.17Hz: Morphogenesis of the Meditation Field
This interactive installation is a poetic dialogue between inner order and external noise, transforming the heartbeat—the most intimate rhythm of life—into materialized contemplation. The work centers on the 0.83–1.17 Hz subtle frequency, scientifically correlating with the range of profound stillness and deep meditation. When the participant touches the sensor, fluctuations in their heart rate drive sound waves, translating the sand's initial chaos into the precise geometry of Chladni figures.
Warm light and translucent gauze curtains construct a meditative space of ""perceptual threshold,"" echoing the cycle of creation and dissolution found in Sand Mandalas.
