The Difference is a video and sound installation - a collaboration between sound artist Shawn Decker and light artist Jan Tichy. The sound comes from the 5 speakers placed on the floor, and is synchronized with a projector which provides the light. The light is from a previous work by Tichy which also incorporated sculptural objects, and was used as the basis for this new work which added sound and replaced the sculptural objects with speakers.
