Synesthetica is a musical instrument, physics simulator, and artistic canvas where players create sound-generating molecules by touching the screen. Dials shape how the molecules move, sound, and look, while the on-screen interface controls musical scale and key. Inspired by the artists' previous work with the children's science center in Albuquerque, Synesthetica blends musical expression with visualizations of temperature and density in molecular systems.
