The unvisible symptoms of multiple sclerosis
I love photography. I can visualize a lot with it - lens-based - but not everything. This is where generative AI comes into play, because with it I can also make the invisible visible and still create photographic-looking visual worlds. That's me - the small recurring tattoo is actually mine. The images are /prompted descriptions of the outwardly invisible symptoms of my multiple sclerosis and the bureaucratic challenges of a disability. The results spit out by the AI-based image generators here are much more accurate than words could be. The images show symptoms such as spasticity, ataxia, Uhthoff's phenomenon, visual disturbances, bladder dysfunction, loss of appetite, pain, fatigue, disorientation in one's own body and numbness of the limbs.
