Artist Bio
Eileen Rosensteel is a bodacious Bohemian committed to embodying sacredness. Finding inspiration in stories of forgotten foremothers and community, she creates poetry, performance art and healing rituals. Her portfolio includes a show about the fat ladies of the circus, dancing in a non-normative body and poetry about what it’s like being a fat woman in today’s society. She stirs life up from her hometown of Madison, WI. Her work has been shared on stage as well as in We’Moon, Breadcrumb Scabs, and Madison Magazine.
