Artist Bio
Junha Kim is a boundary-pushing 3D artist and filmmaker based in both L.A. and Seoul. He earned a BAS in Art&Technology from Sogang University in 2012 and went on to complete his MFA in Art&Technology at the California Institute of the Arts in 2022. His work is characterized by innovative digital imagery that distorts material, shape, and context. Junha's experimental approach showcases his advanced proficiency in CG and related disciplines. Junha's computer graphics works are highly acclaimed and have been selected for prestigious shows around the world, including Ars Electronica, Japan Media Arts Festival, SIGGRAPH ASIA, and many art galleries and film festivals.
