Artist Bio
Rev AWL Jones is a multidisciplinary artist creating installations, performances and situations coast to coast. Rev has produced installations since 1999 when the mystical art rock project Dievolve was born. While managing the Eye on the Mountain in Santa Fe, Rev. created 9 interactive and immersive exhibits with performances. Rev. went on to study at the Institute of American Indian Arts focusing on multidisciplinary and emerging media in CINE and Computer Science. Their Mariposa experimental, demonstrative thesis at IAIA combined live music driven visuals with ceremonial performance art and philosophy. Rev. produces immersive art and music for Dievolve, Seer and Sage. Rev. has contributed metal work to the COSM.org, shown at the Hive gallery in L.A., Balzer edge at IAIA and Omnihum in Taos.
