Sobia Sayeda
Artist Bio
Sobia has over 17 years of design experience in a wide range of project types. She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Mississippi State University and began her professional career in New York City working on performing arts facilities and libraries. She then moved to Dallas and designed regional & international libraries as well as commercial/retail buildings. Sobia relocated to Santa Fe in early ’08 to join IDS and began working on historic preservation, high-end residential projects Including Historic Preservation of a 25,000 s.f. residence that was built in early 1900’s in Northern New Mexico. She is a diligent designer and has extensive experience coordinating and managing consultants on various sizes of projects. Her organization and attention to detail along with interpersonal skills distinguishes her project management style.
