Cassandra’s field of flowers
The work, which was originally a durational installation-performance, is inspired by traditional Japanese Noh theatre, which exists between life and life after death. Physical expression is also created based on traditional Japanese theatre movements, and the relationship between the performer and props - especially the mask - is an important aspect of this performance. It is a work that makes us think about reality, unreality, the unknown, and the invisible world that spreads outside the theater and considers the situation in which human beings are placed. It invites us to question the boundaries between reality and imagination, and the unique perspectives each of us brings to the performance. I created the film from the concept of a live performance where the audience chose an AR filter as an extension of their imaginations.
